Do you think most men and women should observe other men and women, even if they are taken? Who is better at being more discreet, men or women? Should we be discreet? If so, why aren't we discreet when we are not with our significant other when we observe (what we think of is) an attractive human being?

It is called many things from "wandering eye" to "people watching" to"ogling" to "gawking." The bottom line is, many men AND women look at people as part of every day life in human interaction. Some cross the line, & others may seem embarrassed that they look at all.
