There are countless possible challenges crossing the threshold into intimacy: body image, discomfort over discussion of intimate topics, current health information and other issues. Join us as we discuss and address how perception and reality can sometimes turn out to be very different as we "Turn the Lights On" on dating Sex & Health. "Turning the Lights On" is an enlightening and engaging seminar offered by a clinical nurse/sexual health coach and the coaches of the School of Post Modern Dating who will inform you on the latest information on sexual health and help answer questions like "When is it okay to ask a partner to get tested?", "How do I start the conversation about sex without my partner getting the wrong impression?" and "What do I do if I think there might be a problem between me and my partner?" In this seminar, our coaches will cover the following topics: Before Sex: Getting comfortable with intimacy
During Sex: Setting the right tone and being ready - physically, mentally and emotionally
After Sex: Understanding the needs of both partners
The Morning After: What to do when things don't go as expected
